These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phnice platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phnice. By registering an account or accessing any phnice service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

All transactions at phnice are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited promptly following payment confirmation. You may request closure of your phnice Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be transferred to your registered payment method following any pending review. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
phnice accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, Visa debit/credit card, Mastercard debit/credit card, and selected cryptocurrency networks. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits, gameplay, bonuses, and withdrawals on the phnice Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). phnice does not apply currency conversion fees. Where a User deposits via a non-PHP source, the conversion rate applied by their payment provider will apply — phnice does not control or guarantee any specific exchange rate.
The minimum deposit amount at phnice is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed in the phnice deposit interface at the time of the transaction.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phnice Account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating institution. Card deposits are typically instantaneous pending issuer authorization.
Prohibited Sources: You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. phnice does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the phnice Account holder is not the primary account holder, or any payment source associated with criminal activity. Deposits from prohibited sources will be returned and the associated phnice Account reviewed.
Withdrawals from phnice are available to Users who have completed the KYC verification process in full. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawal access is restricted until identity verification is approved by the phnice compliance team. phnice encourages all Users to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays at withdrawal.
phnice targets the following processing timelines for withdrawal requests: GCash and PayMaya — within thirty (30) minutes on average, subject to queue volumes; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — one (1) to three (3) business days from approval; Card withdrawals — three (3) to five (5) business days depending on the card issuer. All timelines are subject to phnice's internal compliance review process.
The minimum withdrawal amount at phnice is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00). Maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the User's Account tier, verification status, and the applicable limits of the selected withdrawal method. VIP Account holders may request higher withdrawal limits through the phnice VIP support team.
phnice applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawal method selection. You may only withdraw to a payment method you have previously used to deposit to your phnice Account. Where the deposit method cannot receive withdrawals (e.g., certain prepaid cards), phnice support will work with you to identify an alternative method consistent with anti-money laundering obligations.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phnice are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to a phnice Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. All phnice bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit to the User's Account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. phnice reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. One Bonus at a Time: phnice Accounts may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Concurrent activation of multiple welcome or first-deposit bonuses is not permitted. Users who opt into a promotional offer that is later found to be duplicated will have all but the first qualifying bonus voided.
All games available on the phnice Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently audited and certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. Game outcomes on the phnice Platform are genuinely random and are determined at the moment of play. phnice has no capability to influence individual game outcomes after a round has commenced.
In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software malfunction that prevents a game round from completing normally, the outcome of that round may be voided and the stake returned to the User's phnice Account. phnice's decision on the resolution of interrupted game rounds is final. phnice provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phnice endeavors to maintain continuous service availability, phnice does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phnice's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the phnice Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your phnice Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phnice shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings, whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if phnice has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
phnice shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications or power failures, civil unrest, or any other event constituting force majeure.
phnice collects, processes, and stores personal data about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account with phnice, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the phnice Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the basis for processing, your rights as a data subject, and how phnice protects your information in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection requirements including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
phnice may share User data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required to do so by law. phnice will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
phnice reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phnice will provide notice via email to the address registered to your Account, via an in-platform notification upon next login, or by posting the updated Terms on the phnice website with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the phnice Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the phnice Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any reference to applicable law includes all statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidelines issued by PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine authorities as amended from time to time.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the phnice Platform, you should first contact phnice customer support at the contact details set out in Section 15. phnice undertakes to respond to all formally submitted disputes within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal phnice complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of any proceedings in such courts.
